Craig Hightower and NEPM are just the best. I had an issue with my remote metered system at my farm. My local electrical utility was short changing me on the value of solar credits - First, the NEPM team researched and found the problem, then developed a plan to restructure my system to regain the lost value. The cost for the consultation was reasonable and the coordination with the reps at the local utility was invaluable. Also, as my original installer - called in to do the restructure (to maintain the warranty) has been dragging their feet getting the new system online by the years end (we started this in April!) Craig has continued to advocate for me and to drive the project forward. NEPM was certainly with me for the long haul. I may yet get my federal solar credit! Thank you Craig.

I recently worked with New Energy Project Management to design a solar plus battery backup system and to select an installer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Going into our solar purchase, I was understandably wary. It’s a large investment, I had zero prior experience in this space, and—let’s be honest—most people aren’t buying solar every couple of years. This is a “buy it for 25 years” kind of decision. I was quickly relieved to discover NEPM is not only a wonderful group of people, but also deeply knowledgeable partners and strong advocates when it comes to working with installers. They are clearly passionate about efficiency, energy, and finding the right balance between aspiration and practicality.
From the very start, they gave me real peace of mind, erasing my concerns about being swindled in the mad dash to secure IRA tax credits before they potentially disappear.
